Url rewrite (IIS 8) but no CSS or JS

Hi, has anyone managed to get URL rewrites working with Sabnzbd and IIS? I see that there is a working solution with Apache but nothing for IIS and I can't get CSS to display correctly. The site redirects correctly but the skin doesn't display and I've tried with both plush and smpl black skins.

I see that the question was asked before: https://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.ph ... ite#p87906 but not followed up.

For Sickbeard and Couchpotato to display properly changes can be made to the config files but I can't see anything similar for Sabnzbd

SickBeard config.ini
web_root = /sickbeard

Couchpotato config.ini
urlbase = couchpotato
