re-downloading via Sick Beard is slower/fails

I am not sure exactly why, but when I try to re-download an episode and click Wanted in Sick Beard, the files download a lot slower than those that are downloaded the first time. I've made sure I don't have any incomplete or even complete files in my folders of the same episode.
