SANDnzbd reset to quick start wizard, lost all settings

Hello,
I have been using SADnzbd for quite some time now. All of a sudden after I restarted my computer I lost all settings and the program defaults to the Quick Start Wizard. I didn't do any updates, just restarted and everything was gone.
Is there somewhere all my settings are stored and is there a way to get them back, same with the history etc.

Anyone? I don't want to have to reconfigure the whole program, sick heard settings etc. Please help.

Data corruption is always possible on a computer.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I have xp and I can't find the sabnzbd.ini file on my computer. I did a search for it and did not find it. I also for some reason don't have a SADnzbd folder in my application data.
would be be elsewhere or called something else?

Strange..
So I figured it was time for an update to the latest version anyway and downloaded the latest version. Installed it, ran the set up wizard and all my history was there (came back) but settings had to be reconfigured. It took a bit of time since has been quite some time since I last configures sickbeard etc.
It now seems to be working as it was. Not sure what happened but I am glad it is back. Now maybe I will try and get couch potato working as I remember failing at it the last time I tried.
