It's odd. Sabnzbd will fail stating that the file is missing bits. And then when I hit the retry button it D/L's fine. Can I get the program to try downloading the same file right after the fail?
Thanks.

Not really.
The cause is probably that you're using very young posts that haven't synced on your Usenet provider.

Re: Have sabnzbd retry a D/L immediately?
Hm. Is there a way to delay the fetch so that I don't need to retry? If I'm not home to catch the original attempt, I would miss picking up the post.
Thanks for the reply.

Re: Have sabnzbd retry a D/L immediately?
So far we have no solution.
It would be something like: if post is younger than X, wait until it is old enough.
I'll see, maybe in a later release.

Re: Have sabnzbd retry a D/L immediately?
Thanks Shy Pike. I'm wondering if it has to do with where one lives? West coast vs East coast with the 3 hr difference? BTW I did donate to your project and have gotten my moneys worth a 1000 fold. A most excellent program. For the most part.
Re: Have sabnzbd retry a D/L immediately?
It's just the way Usenet works.
I have seen the complaint before, but I don't think it's a very common problem.
Even so, it deserves a solution.
