Ok I'm trying to copy over scripts so that Sickbeard can communicate with SabNZB but I cannot find the SabNZB folder in the application support. Any ideas how or where I can find it?

And my SabNZB is working.

"The" SABnzbd folder? Which one are you looking for?
The location of scripts you determine yourself and set it in Config->Folders.
