Hello,
my problem is that sabnzbd always pause the files i want to download if they are password protected, so i have to start the download again manually.
Is there any option that sabnzbd ALWAYS download the encrypted files without pause them ?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Yes, disable that option in Config->Switches.
