Hi, hope you can help.
Previously downloaded successfully MP4-KTR files which were converted perfectly into MP4 files by your system. Recently they are converted into Applications/.exe files which appear to have either Trojans or either don't run or try to change registry settings.
Just wondering why I am getting fewer MP4 file downloaded/converted and more applications - which I cannot run.
