I am running with ubuntu 14.04 My skin is Plush My skin no longer gives me the option to configure sabnzb. I would switch skins but I can't even do that. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

can you still reach SAB's web interface via - for example - http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/
If so, just add "config/" to the end of that URL, so for example http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/config/
