SABnzbd Forums

Hello,

I have had SABNzb set up on my PC for awhile, and it has been working great. I recently got a QNap NAS and installed SabNZB on it and am having some issues....

The install went fine, and I can get into SABNzb just fine. My usenet account works fine, and I can see it downloading files.... However when I go to the folder that it is suppose to be downloading to, nothing is there. I see it created a folder for the download, but no files . I can see it was verifying and repairing files, but they are nowhere to be found. and at the very end of the repair i get this error:

Cannot run script /share/Download/nzbToMedia/CharTranslator.py


Any help would be great!

I don't know anything about the NAS package, it's not created by the team
but by a third-party.
Have you tried a QNAP support forum?
