{SOLVED}Moved to new pc and now ssl isn't working

I moved my config between pc's.
Everything appeared fine, but on no throughput, checked the server pages and the SSL option is greyed out. A check says enable SSL
If I use a non-ssl address it connects fine, but I prefer to use ssl.
So how do I get it to enable it again?
Moved from LMDE 32bit to LMDE 64bit
Using version 0.7.17
Other settings the same.
EDIT: Needed the python openssl installed.
