Repair failed On Ubuntu server but works on Win 7 Laptop

Hi, I setup my server with Ubuntu (12.04.4 LTS) about 2 weeks ago and I've been getting a lot of downloads failing due to not enough repair blocks e.g,

ยป Repair failed, not enough repair blocks (676 short)

when I click on the download and look at the repair section it says,

[188967] Repair failed, not enough repair blocks (676 short)
Trying SFV verification
Some files failed to verify against "188967.sfv"

at first I thought it was takedowns but I tried the same nzb files on my PC and every time they work with no problem, No warnings are showing on the server sabnzbd gui and I'm at a bit of a loss now. I downloaded sabnzbd from the Ubuntu repo. I've done nothing different from my previous Debian server I had running which worked everytime, If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Which version of SABnzbd are you using?

If the most recent one: possibly there's an issue with the installed par2cmdline program.
Try running it manually from a shell.
par2 r one-of-the-par2-files.par2 *
If that fails, while doing the same on a PC succeeds, the problem is in par2 (or your hardware).

Hi I am really sorry about taking so long to reply things have been hectic and I hate leave a problem post unfinished on any forum.
It turned out I the repo I was using was the Ubuntu one so I followed the instructions here http://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?t=387&start=0 and I updated Sabnzbd and I have had no problems since. It was weird anything over a GB was failing, Thanks for your help mate.
