Unpacking Fails When Items Queued

Things work great for me day to day with Sickbeard automatically grabbing files for SABnzbd, which then passes them back for post processing via the script. However, when I manually add multiple episodes (either through Sickbeard or via an nzb) at one time the unpacking fails for all but the first file. SABnzbd notes the item as completed, but the script reports that there is no video file in the folder (and there isn't because it didn't unpack).

If I manually unrar via the terminal it usually works fine (in some cases the file is corrupt). It doesn't seem like SABnzbd is even trying to unpack the file because it completes processing instantly.

I'm running SABnzb 0.7.17 on Linux. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you noticed anything particular about the posts?
Odd naming conventions?
RAR5 format?

No. I haven't noticed anything. Looking at some that failed now and nothing stands out. How would I know if it's RAR5? Different extension?

It definitely seems to fail in batches. Not sure if it's because the files all come from the same source or if it's something else. I was just downloading a batch of failures and as a test added an unrelated file and that one failed too. So maybe that theory isn't good.

If you try to unpack with an older version (4.x) of WinRAR and it fails, then you know it's probably RAR5.
