Delete download queue and cache

Hi,
I'm using the latest stable version of Debian and the latest SABNzbd+ version from the testing repo. How can I "clean" my download list and the cache? I want to keep settings.
I have too many and big files in the download queue. The program stops responding when it's too much.
Thanks.

There's a "Purge" option in the pull down menu under the yellow arrow at the top right of the queue.
How much memory does your system have?

I can't access the panel. The last I saw was something like cherry timeout error in the error log, but I don't care what is was exactly. How can I delete the download queue without access SABnzbd+?

16GB DDR3-ECC-RAM, CPU is a Intel Xeon E3-1280 V2 @ 3.60GHz. Debian is a clean install.
Thanks.

Just wipe clean the "complete" folder and restart SABnzbd.
It's called "Temporary download folder" in Config->Folders.
RAM is certainly not the issue, this system should be capable of handling a big load.
BTW: try a full queue repair from the Status page first.
