How to download all par2-files and keep them?

Hello!
I am running Sabnzbd on a NAS without any problems.
Up to recently I used Newsbin on a windows pc to access Usenet. I usually downloaded all par2 files and kept them as an additional safety measure in case I get hard disk problems or something like that.
I wonder, if I can do that with Sabnzbd? ! So far, I haven't found a switch, that defaults the "Processing" column to "Download" or "Unpack". Each and every new download is set to "Delete+". My impression is that Sabnzbd does exactly that, delete the par2-files. Its quite a hassle to manually set a bunch of downloads to "Unpack". So far, I disabled the "Enable Par Cleanup" Switch, but that obviously does not do the trick.
Any hints, tips, opinions? Thank you!
