I use Sickbeard to hand off NZB's to Sab and download my TV shows that way. A lot I've seen many TV shows never process correctly. The Sickbeard status bar will be in PINK color and indicate an NZB has been snatched but the file doesn't download with Sab. If I take that same NZB that is saved in my NZB folder and hand it off to Sab manually it will then download the file fine. So it is a random, sporadic, intermittent issue that is very hard to troubleshoot. I even signed up for a backup usenet server so I'm connecting to two servers, so it has nothing to do with no being able to get the files. Is there a certain direction I can go in to find out what is causing this? Because my automation process was up to about %90 and has been steadily dropping because of these issues.

Do the NZB files actually land in SABnzbd?

Yea, the NZB file ends up in all my SAB NZB go to the folder I specify in the settings area.

I don't understand your answer, it looks like you combined two answers and missed some words.
I asked whether the NZBs end up in SABnzbd's queue (in the Web UI).
