since upgrading to 0.7.17 have been consistantly getting "The directory name indicates that this release is in the process of being unpacked, skipping" on all downloads. Revertad back to 0.7.16 and all as working.
no settings where changed when upgrading or downgrading.

Disable "folder renaming" in Config->Switches.
