Open browser only when manually add NZB?

I am using SABnzbd Version: 0.7.17 on Windows 7 x64 SP1. I currently have 2 categories configured - Default and sickbeard. I have sickbeard configured to send .NZBS to the sickbeard category (I configured sickbeard with the API etc).

What I would like is for SABnzbd to open a browser window/new tab and load the download status screen when I manually add a .nzb file. I chose the option to have .nzbs associated with SABnzbd and when I click one in Firefox it lists SABnzbd as the default application on the Open With line. When I choose this option it adds the .nzb to the queue as expected. However, I would like the option for SABnzbd to open a browser window/new tab if one isn't already open.

I have only used SABnzbd for a couple of hours in total. I changed today from a "windows app" based newsreader (alt.binz) and whilst I'm liking the extra automation possible with Sickbeard I guess I'm used to having a window open when I manually download a .nzb file. Thank you for your help.

Just keep a browser window/tab open for SABnzbd?

That's entirely possible. I just thought I'd check in case the functionality was already there.

Only if you run SABnzbd again, without an NZB, it will show the UI.
When it's started with a NZB as a parameter, the file will be sent to the running instance,'
but no UI will be shown.
Of course we could add another option, but we already have so many obscure options :(

Thanks for the confirmation shypike. As you say I can conceive of an option that treated starting with an NZB from "Open With" (eg from browser) different to starting with an NZB from the API (eg from Sickbeard) but it would be added complexity that really isn't needed. I'm just double-clicking the tray icon to launch it :)
