I was running ubuntu on an Intel Atom N330 processor, downloading with average of 11MB/s. Now I've upgraded my media center to an i3 4330 running Windows 8. When using newsleecher on my mediacenter i get a steady 17,5 MB/s download (i have 150mB connection), but when using sabNZBD i get 8-10 MB/s. I've fooled around with the Article Cache Limit, but almost no difference. Only when i put it to 512MB, than for like 30 seconds the speed will be 17,5 and then go down to 8-9 MB/s again. I was wondering if somebody can tell me if there is a way to fix this.

There's probably no fix.
Newsleecher is written in a more efficient programming language.
