Is there a way to import an NZB paused?

I have a bandwidth limit from my ISP but they give me unlmited downloading between 2am and 10am. I have the NZB downloads to resume at 2am using the scheduler but I have to manually pause them when I import the NZBs into SABNZBD.

When SABnzbd is in paused mode, any new NZB will enter the queue, but nothing will be downloaded.
Apart from the overall queue pause, you can pause individual jobs.
