I have TV shows and movies which are going into a complete folder which is then meant to move them to the relevant TV show folder in another location with the standard sickbeard script but its not moving the files. Can anyone assist?

Don't know much about it.
First suggestion: Are you using the SickBeard end-of-job script in SABnzbd?
Second: we recommend not to use SABnzbd's sorting when also using SickBeard.
