start wizard button doesn't work

hi there, i am fairly new to the whole nzb scene and have downloaded SABDnzb 0.7.16. problem is when i start it, it goes to the language setup page and then the start wizard button won't work. it clicks and changes colour like it has been pressed but won't do anything else where all the others work as they should. i have tried with 3 or 4 different downloads and installs but have the same problem each time. any help or suggestions ?

try a different webbrowser?
