Odd Error Pertaining to Post-Processing Script Folder

Hello. I am fairly new to SABnzbd and have thus far enjoyed using it. Truly, it is a user-friendly .nzb front-end. That said, I have been having an odd and entirely reproducible issue lately pertaining to the "Post-Processing Scripts Folder" option in the settings. Before I attend to the crux of my issue though, some details:

Version: 0.7.16
OS: Windows 8.1 Professional
Browser: Chrome 33.0.1750.117 and Firefox 27.0.1
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin: Plush - Goldcc
Firewall Software: Windows Firewall
IPV6: No
Reproducible: Yes

Simply put, when the blank next to the "Post-Processing Scripts Folder" is populated with ANYTHING, I cannot add any .nzb to my queue by any method. I tried adding via SickBeard, telling SABnzbd to fetch the .nzb from an URL or file, and downloading the .nzb and attempting to open it manually. The message "Trying to fetch from..." will appear for a second and vanish. It disappears without a trace and leaves no warning behind. However, if I simply leave the field next to "Post-Processing Scripts Folder" blank, .nzbs load with absolutely no problem. This is an obvious solution to my problem but that I need the scripts to run. What I have been doing is deleting "C:\Scripts" from that field, adding all of the .nzbs I want to add, and then repopulating the field (with the same path that it contained previously) and activating the post-processing script. However, I need to be able to add .nzbs remotely and have that script run without the workaround.

The current process is a little to hands-on for me, and, more importantly, it's clearly not working as intended. I have combed through the options to little avail. Please help! I will provide any information you need to do so! Thanks so much!

Edit: I have also tried queue repair twice and I've restarted both SABnzbd and my computer repeatedly. I also attempted to delete and replace my "Incomplete" folder to no avail.

I have no idea.
What's inside this folder?
What happens if you select a empty folder?

When I point it at an empty folder it works fine, so obviously the issue is something in the folder. Thanks, I had not even gotten even that far. Here is the script I am using. I tried re-downloading and re-installing it, and I got the same issue. I don't understand what in there could be causing SAB to reject .nzbs...

I am a total idiot. I had set the post processing script as a pre-queue script. That was preventing .nzb files from being loaded. Sorry to have wasted your time. Thanks for your help!
