Was hoping for a couple of pointers please on 2 issues
1. My SABnzbd was working fine for the first couple of weeks, set up sickbeard etc and all was good. I've noticed in the past week when I reboot my Win 8 notebook I and start up firefox(my default browser) I get the message "Problem Loading Page", Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8080.
The only way I can fix this is to manually load in a item for downloading and then the connection to the page works. Needless to say sickbeard doesnt work until this occurs. any suggestions ?
2. As part of post processing I've set up that I get a tweet, I've set up and done the test, and have been informed that all is working. However I never get the test tweet and never get any tweets from the system at all.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

SABnzbd isn't running when you get that message.
Create a shortcut to SABnzbd in the Start Menu's "Startup" folder.
SABnzbd doesn't support sending tweets.
