A very high number of "Invalid par2 files"

Hello, I just started using Sabnzbd and I noticed a lot of my downloads are getting the "Invalid par2 files, cannot verify or repair" error, 4/5 last downloads all gave me that error and yesterday was no different. But first,
Version: 0.7.16
OS: Thecus OS6.build_677 (on a N2310)
Install-type: NAS package
Skin: Default
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? Not that I know of.
I have no idea what to do, I'm using Supernews, which should be good afaik. I'm new to the whole usenet scene so my experiences in this field are next to nothing.
What could be the cause?

I'd suspect the par2 tool installed ion the Tecus.
Try copying the files over to a PC and use QuickPar to check them.

I just tried newer files and those didnt give me the par2 error, so I'd guess it's because the files I tried to download were too old

It keeps happening, even newer files are getting invalid par2 files errors.
I tried using Quickpar and these never have any errors in unpacking the files, could anyone know what's going on? is there anything I need to post for you guys to have a clue?

If you suspect SABnzbd on the Tecus, try to download the same NZB with
SABnzbd installed on a PC.
Or try with an alternative Usenet client.
You can send a (not to big) example NZB file to
bugs@sabnzbd.org
(Please add the URL of this message too.)

Did you check the same NZB on both systems?
The message about the bad par2 files is coming from the par2cmdline tool, which is outside our control.
Try to collect the raw files of a failed download and examine those on a PC or Mac.
