Hi,

It seems that the fact that sab will say "0.00 GB Free" until the 1st job completes and creates the "complete" folder confuses users.

Therefore, creating the "complete" folder on 1st launch would be a good idea.

The "complete" folder is created as late as possible.
This is a change implemented a long time ago to support mountable file systems.
There were many complaints that when SABnzbd starts up, the mountable file systems aren't mounted yet.
The "0" is a small inconvenience in comparison and we never bothered to hide it when "complete" doesn't exist yet.
