how do i make sabnzbd unpack a rar inside a rar?
i've been getting: » Unpacking failed, an expected file was not unpacked
lately and when i check the incomplete foldere there is a folder with a series and episode not unpacked
so i think that maybe inside the downloaded rar file was another rar file to be unpacked but sabnzbd did not unpack those
when i unpacked the incomplete episode it turned out fine.

how can i force sabnzbd to unpack all rars and then clean up?

i have a synology DS212+ with DSM 5.0 Beta

By default SABnzbd does do recursive unpacking.
However, on some platform is has trouble finding out what the encoding of names in the file system is.
Particularly on embedded Linux systems, which are notoriously non-standardized.
Probably SABnzbd bails out because it has trouble checking the RAR results.
You can disable the check in Config->Special->unpack_check

That means that you have a rather old SABnzbd release.
The only solution is to upgrade to a recent release.
