Sabnzbd says password fail but doesn't fail

For the last two months I have been having an issue with Sabnzbd on both Ubuntu and Windows. The latest version on Ubuntu I'm using is 7.17RC1. I've tried earlier version with the same problem. The TV show will download and extract but Sabnzbd will report it failed due to a password protected file. This is what is contained in the email:
"[3.Regkey][3.Regkey/registaration.reg] Unpacking failed, archive requires a password
[2.Simkeys][2.Simkeys/claud.sim] Unpacking failed, archive requires a password "

While it is really a cosmetic problem I'd still like to find a solution and fix it. This happens on every download and started all at once. Any ideas?

It possible that a minor RAR file needs a password.
Is the download markee as failed?
Look at the files in the temporary download folder to check for such a file.

You can also email an example NZB file to bugs@sabnzbd.org
