How to change MB/s to mbps

I am testing sabnzbd (I've been using Newsbin Pro). How do I get sabnzbd to display mbps or both mbps and MB/s?
I think you mean Mbps, and not mbps: M = mega, m = milli. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metric_pre ... I_prefixes
