After shutting my mac off overnight I was prompted with this error when I booted up and SABNZBd launched.

I'm very confused as to how/why this could happen and how to fix it. Prior to shutting off my system I've used SABNZBd for over two years with no issues whatsoever.

I trashed the app and its associated Application Support files and reinstalled/setup from scratch. After stopping and re-starting the server I received the same message.

Follow the instructions, but replace "localhost" with "127.0.0.1"

Yeah. I actually figured out the localhost thing not long after I posted this.

I'm just very confused as to the root cause of this. Literally all I did was let my system shit off overnight then booted in the morning and this happened.

I've heard so many stories of OSX systems spontaneously forgetting what localhost is.
Never found a satisfying answer.
