Help for linux noob needed (should be easy!)

I have and love SABnzbd+ on my Windows PC. I just switched my old laptop from Vista to Linux Mint 16 MATE, and installed SABnzbd+, which has been working fine.

My question: When I see an NZB I'd like to snatch, my browser offers the option to send it to a program. But in Linux, I don't know where to find the equivalent of Window's .exe file to which to point to. I assume it's in one of the many subdirectories of /usr, but I'm lost from there. What file should I be looking for, in which directory?

Thanks!

I doubt that would work. Just dump the nzb in the watch dir instead (or tell the browser to save nzb files there automatically).
