0-5 KB/s problems.

Hey guys, sorry to add yet another post to your collection, but I've been searching for the answer to this and trying everything I can think of all day.

The problem I have is that when I try to download something I get 0-5 KB/s. I'm using astraweb and version: 0.7.16 on Vista. I've tried the following...

1) Clear cache: I've seen this one around the forums, and it may be for an older version, but I couldn't do this as there doesn't seem to be a cache folder on my computer. (I checked for C:\Users\*my name*\AppData\Local\sabnzbd, but there is no folder called cache there).

2) Firewall and Kaspersky have been turned off and uninstalled (just until I get to the bottom of this, didn't want them getting in the way).

3) I'm on Viginmedia and have switched to port 443. Before I did this, whenever I pressed "Test Connection" it would time out. Switching to 443 sorted that out and raised my hopes only for them to be quickly dashed when it didn't effect my speed.

4) I've tried a variety of NZB files of various ages in an attempt to rule out any problems with bad files. No effect.

5) I have 0 warnings.

I honestly can't think of anything else. Here are my current server settings...

Host : ssl.astraweb.com
Port: 443
Username: *Redacted* ;)
Password: *Also Redacted* ;)
Connections: 20
Retention Time: 1919 (Do I need to fill this one in?)
Timeout: 240 Secs
SSL: Checked
Backup Server: Unchecked
Optional: Unchecked

Any ideas?

Update already guys. It looks like it's suddenly working. I suspect the fix was switching it to 443 and I was possibly too impatient as it's now downloading at upwards of 450KB/s which I'm happy with.

Thank you anyways guys! You seem to have an extremely helpful community here. :D
