Hi guys
I'm getting this error when trying to add nzbs from sabmobile or EZGlobal.
Does anyone know what it means?
I've tried clearing my backup folder and purging all history and files but the same error

Please help!

For what it's worth: the message is not coming from SABnzbd.
You could enable "Debug" logging on the status page.
Then try adding an NZB and download the log file.
The end of that file should contain more info.
The message is an interpretation of sabmobile/EZGlobal of something going wrong.

Hi
Thanks very much
I can see it is saying warning 1590 zipmanager?GenNZB=Q03.nzb empty nzb
So it looks like it is trying to download the link which generates the nzb itself. Not sure what to do here!

This is the full path https://members.easynews.com/2.0/tools/ ... GenNZB=Q03
Shame as I don't have a way if downloading the actual nzb from either of these apps.

Except there's no nzb on the other end but a http login prompt, which means sab is correct in reporting that the file is empty (in the sense that there's no useful content in terms of an nzb there). Sending urls to sab is fine as long as they point directly to actual nzb content; authentication info (if any) must be part of the url itself.
