SFC_OS.dll error every time I run Sabnzbd (and Dropbox) Win

Hi all,
Recently my computer decided to BSOD of death on me, and it turned out it was due to one of my memory modules giving up the ghost. Once I recovered the PC and got it all working again, I now get an odd error popup every time I run Sabnzbd or try and open an NZB file.
This is the message:
Sabnzbd.exe - Bad Image
C:\Windows\system32\sfc_os.dll is either not designed to run of windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contacting your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
This also happens whenever my machine starts and trys to initialise dropbox.
I have googled it left, right and centre, and cannot find a fix.
I have reinstalled Sabnzbd (and dropbox), I've tried restoring the PC to an earlier point before the memory died. General info seems to be not to just grab any sfc_od.dll off the net and replace, but not sure what else to do.
Has anybody else had this issue?
