NZBZombie rename issue

Hi all,
Some quick baseline information:
Version: 0.7.16
OS: Windows 8
Is the issue reproducible? Yes
I've been thoroughly enjoying SAB for some years now and for the first time I am in need of some help. I've read through the manual, FAQs and done much searching but can't find a solution to a renaming issue I have.
My understanding is that SAB grabs names from the NZB which is proving problematic for NZBZombie. These filenames are obfuscated, e.g. [NZBZombie]8efecfdca9962ea2f914fbc18fbfdbef so while files unpack correctly, they unpack to \[NZBZombie]8efecfdca9962ea2f914fbc18fbfdbef\filename.mkv
I know other index sites have been obfuscating posts but to date SAB hasn't had an issue naming them. It seems to be just NZBZombie which is a shame as they're a good indexer and I'd like to move them up the priority a bit if I could get the names correct.
Have I missed something obvious or are filenames just another casualty in the cat and mouse DMCA game?
Appreciate any suggestion and advice!
Cheers
