I was messing in the setup trying to change the host from Giganews and now I get an error message each time I try a reinstall.
This is it:
SABnzbd.py 0.7.16
SABnzbd needs a free tcp/ip port for its internal web server.
Port 80 on localhost was tried , but the account used for SABnzbd has no permission to use it.
On OSX and Linux systems, normal users must use ports above 1023.
Please restart SABnzbd with a different port number.
Open a Terminal window and type the line (example):
/Volumes/SABnzbd-0.7.16/OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion)/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --server localhost:1024
If you get this error message again, please try a different number.
Program did not start!
What I think I did was put 80 as the port, when the program tried to use it I got the error message above which will not go away even after a reinstall.
Tried the command line suggested in my terminal but get an error message there too:-
/Volumes/SABnzbd-0.7.16/OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion)/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --server localhost:1024
-bash: syntax error near unexpected token `('
So, how do I restart with a different port number?

Re: Can't get sabnzbd to reinstall [OSX]
You could also find the file sabnzbd.ini (see http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/faq#toc19), and delete that. Then start SABnzbd and fill out the wizard.
