Using SABnzbd w/ SickBeard for Torrents?

Alright, so I'm new to these programs, and won't have my own usenet account for a couple of months. I was wondering if these programs will work with .torrent files/sites? Specifically, I would like it set up so my TV shows that I download each week, are all downloaded automatically instead of my having to manually search for the .torrent of each show, and download them myself. Am i looking in the right place? Or what would you guys recommend? Thanks for your help!
