Hi everyone

Is it possible to perform Multi-Operations in the History section.

I like to keep that section clear except for downloads that had problems. When you add a new TV show that's a few years old, there will be quite a number of episodes to manually delete form History. Multi-Operations would make it a lot easier.

I was looking at the "already requested" list and I see there's one called "Automatically history Cleaning". It seems to me that the request I made actually fits in with the one just quoted. Instead of making it automatic to "clear" the history, just implement Multi-Operations to make it easier for the user to control the history list manually.

What do you think?

You mean, because it's used for duplicate checking?
Personally I keep a huge history, but I rarely look beyond the first page.

Every user is going to have different sensibilities about how they organize things. I guess I'm just a "clean freak" since I don't leave anything in history unless there's some kind of issue I have to resolve. I recently added a few TV shows that my wife wanted. They were all into several seasons and the list was quite long. It took me a frustratingly long time to manually click the little minus sign on the right edge of the screen, then sweep the mouse to the center of the screen to click OK to delete, then back to the right edge again, over and over. Multi-operations would have been a lot faster. The point in my previous post is that the already existing automatic clearing feature shows that there are others who like to keep a clear history.

Would it be a big job to implement?

In that case, use the search function at the top of history.
Only the found items will be deleted.
