It seems SABnzbd's RSS keeps track of what it has downloaded and doesn't grab duplicates.
I want it to download all releases, even duplicates and releases of the same episodes by different groups. Is there a way to do this?
Also, is there a way to have SAB specifically watch out for repacks?

SABnzbd only recognizes duplicates when the titles are exactly the same.
So it will not see different releases as identical.
You can try to detect repacks by supplying the proper regular expression.
For more sophisticated handling you should use a front-end like SickBeard.
