I am using sab on my nas and my download speeds are not good. I am on a 105 down connection. When I use the nas the most I get is 3.7mb down but if I use the pc Im getting 14.2 down. I dont want to use my pc for downloads. I would prefer to use my Nas. Any ideas? Thank you

You do realise your "3.7mb" is actually 3.7 MB/s which is 37 Mbps?

If so, here is the explanation: your NAS has a Marvell ARM CPU, which is slower than your PC's CPU. And your NAS has only 512MB RAM.

Solutions:
- use a NAS with the same hardware specs as your PC, or
- use NZBget instead SABnzbd

Thank you. I will use sab on my pc for now. I know this is a sab forum but do you know how to set up nzbget on a nas or where to look? Thanks again.

I'm quite sure there is a NZBget package for Synology.

Just like SABnzbd, NZBget has a webinterface. Configuration should be about the same.
