Slow Download Speed on QNAP TS 259 Pro+

Hi there, i'm from Germany, so please excuse my bad english... ::)

My Configuration:
50MBit VDSL Connection (Speedtest says around 40.xxxMBit/s)
4 Connections on UseNET Server (XLNed 120MBit Flatrate)
Account Sharing with my friend (he got around 6-7MByte/s with 4 Connection)
And the Configuration works perfect the last 2 years. I got around 3,7MByte/s download.

Well, since the 3rd of September my download connection slows down (around 800KB/s)
The logs in my NAS say that SABnzbd updated this day from 0.7.14 to 0.7.16.

I already tried to downgrade with the QPKG-Package provided by QNAP (ver. 0.6.5) and the wrapper-versions from SL1000!
Also tried to increase the Article-Cache to 200M and checked if my ISP is throttling my usenet connections (Glasnost test).
I tried different server-ports (119,443,563) with my usenet-provider.

And now i have no more ideas...
I know, the big questions is "What has changed!?" but i think i tried everything ???

I hope someone can help me! Thanks a lot!!!

A few suggestions:

other downloads might be running on your QNAP or LAN (and thus consuming bandwidth). Especially check-out the UPstream of torrents
QNAP's CPU is very busy with other things
set SAB logging to +debug, and check the logging
test SABnzbd running an PC on your LAN to see what speed you get
install NZBget on your QNAP and measure the speed

first of all thanks for your quick answer!
I don't know what happened last night, but without changing anything, sabnzbd is back on the road and downloads with around 2.5MB/s... i have no idea...!? xD

but again, thanks for help! ;-)
