Hi,
I encountered for the first time a strange behavior of the SABNZBD+ helper.
As usual, when an update is available, I download it and launch the sabnzbd+ helper to make the update. it was asking me to login as "admin" before going further. Problem, I was already logged in as "admin".
So I decided to uninstall it and all utils that come with it and reinstall them :
- Base Utils
- Compression Utils
- Python Utils
The same message comes again when I want to upgrade the version.
Would anyone have an idea how to correct this problem so that I can finally update my version?
Cheers,

Re: installation SABNZBD on syno NAS
SABnzbd helper doesn't do upgrades, it only guards SABnzbd and helps it restart.
When upgrading the Helper service must be stopped too.

Re: installation SABNZBD on syno NAS
During the past year, I upgraded SABnzbd maybe 4 or 5 times using the Helper...?! So I don't understant your comment. My only problem was that it weren't working anymore.
Anyway... I decided to switch to the "synocommunity" packages. It's not yet updated with the version 7.16 but it's working fine for me. So I'll be sticking to it for now
Thanks anyway

Re: installation SABNZBD on syno NAS
Sorry, I mixed things up with the Windows service.
We do not create the Syno package, so we cannot support it due to lack of knowledge.
