Post Processing Failed..Cannot create folder

Post by thoosero »

I received the above message and would be grateful for any assistance.

SABNZB was working perfectly but i decided to move the storage of movies to an external drive. I use a mac and so have pointed to the following as the storage location:

"/volumes/My\ Book/plex/Movies".

The external drive shows up as "My Book" when mounted, and off the root directory of that drive a created a "plex" folder, and within that folder a "movies" folder.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks

For those interested - I found the problem.

The name of my external drive is "My Book".

To get to the drive in terminal, to cater for the space you either have to cd to "My Book" (in quotes) or to "My\ Book" (without quotes). However in order to deal with the space in SABNZBD you need neither quotes nor a backslash. The correct location for SABNZBD is "/volumes/My Book/plex/Movies".

Grrrrrrr

Hope this helps someone who was equally frustrated.
