script that a encodes a tv show

Hello,
I have been using sb with sab of course for a while now and it is awesome. Right now I use the sabtosickbeard script it works perfectly but I wanted to know if it is possible to add a encoding step in the script before sickbeard proceses the file. I could be wrong but here is waht I think the step would be
SB find a tv episode tells to sab to download
sab downloads, repairs the tv show and puts it in a completed folder
program possibly handbrake (dosn't have to be but it is what I use now manully) encodes with a preset I seup for the xbox360 .mp4 and deletes the original file.
SB finishes the process by cleaning up the file name and putting itin the folders like it does now.
Unfortunatly I have no idea how to write this but if anyone else is kind enough to share how that would be great.
I found few realtes scripts but noe seem do to exactly what I want or thay are for a different platform. I am on a windows 7 pc by the way.
