Movies not processing

Hey guys,

In the last couple of days for seemingly no reason, movies are picked up by Couchpotato and passed to Sab no problem, they download and once done they simply fail. If I retry I will briefly see "starting repair" before it goes back to the red skull with the status "failed'

Tv Shows passed from SickBeard download and process fine.

I am running Hallens version of the SaBNZBSuite within Openelec.

Sab version is 0.7.14

I have had 2 movies come down in the last 2 days, both of which have failed but when I've downloaded them via Grabit locally on a Windows laptop, they download and process fine.

The HTPC drives in question are all internal/local for now, the movie and Tv Shows drives are different but I'd be pretty surprised if that were relevant. Then again you never know!

Anyway, any ideas would be great :)

They simply have the status "failed" once downloaded in Sab.

I just had another one come down today with the same result. I think I'll just reinstall openelec.

I've since removed Lsellens repo and the Sab suite with no changes, it seems to have other lingering errors as well and needs restarting too often to be practical so i think I'll just start from scratch.

I am guessing that you are running it on a NAS device, the ones that are failing are always movies and if you manually download them they are all not named the normal RAR file names?

if that is the situation then it has to do with how the PAR implementation is not renaming files properly (a bit above my knowledge), the fix was supposed to be in 0.7.15 so I upgraded (looks like 0.7.16 is the latest) and am now testing to see if it is resolved but its going to be a while till proven correct. I suggest upgrading your sabnzbd and see if it continues to occur.

*update* the upgrade fixed my extraction problems. Hopefully it can help you as well.
