Constant Powerboost (Reconnect for each article)

I was wondering if this feature could be implemented. I'm allowed 20 connections with my service, and I only need 3 to hit my powerboost cap. So I'm sure I could be constantly recycling connections and still keep within my max number of connections (if there's a delay before a connection is made available again).
So by disconnecting and starting a new connection, it should be able to maintain powerboost? That'd give me consistent 12mbps instead of settling down at 6mbps.
Since powerboost is being implemented by more and more isps, this seems like a feature many people can benefit from, no?
Shouldn't be too hard to implement?
Any comments on this one?
Plus, my usenet provider offers connections on different ports, if this would be necessary as well to keep powerboost active.
Cool cool everyone, thanks. And happy holidays!
