Im trying to have sabnzb download a file and save it to my nas drive so there i have set an incoming and completed folder.

I have tried to point sabnzb to the network drive d:/incoming and d:/completed by browsing to those drives.
:
However it keeps defaulting back to c:/downloads/incoming

the reason i dont use sabnzbd with the synology is the cpu is not powerful enough so i have the computer do it and then attempt to save the incoming and completed to the nas

please help

Make sure that the NAS is actually mounted before you start SABnzbd.

Sorry what do you mean by "mounted"

Do you mean that the drive is actually up and running. I/e can be seen in my windows machine?

Ok

Think i have the hang of it now

another question i have

I only have a 30gb ssd connected to the machine i use with sabnzb this also houses my os so i have about 14gb total storage

I bought the DS211j to run sabnzb but it just couldnt cut it with my connection speed/download

I want to set my
incoming/complete folder on the nas and have the computer download to this folder then move as applicable with the likes of couchpotatoe etc]

i have tried setting folder as: \\diskstation\downloads\incoming but it doe not work and instead reverts back to a local save on c:

is this possible or a waste of time?

thanks very much
