SABnzbd on OS X, keeps quiting

I've been running SABnzbd for a long time now, but for the last month or so, it seems to not stay running long (2 days, sometimes a lot less (few hours)). Nothing major has changed on my system.

What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Unfortunately it's a know problem on a limited number of systems, but we don't have a solution.
Given the large (internal) changes in the coming 0.8.0 release, we're hoping that the problem will be gone there.
