[HELP] - Download Options Not Sticking

HI Gang,

I have been running into this issue lately. It seems to be random.... In my Sab, I have configured my categories as per the image below:

But when my Sickbeard or CP download, it sets them randomly... see below:

Image

It does not always default to "Delete" so it will not extract the download and CP and SB will not process them.

This is what my settings look like:

Can anyone shed some light to how I can resolve this? I am spending a lot of time manually extracting and processing downloads.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

H.

Possibly SickBeard sets explicit post-processing and does it wrong.
One way to find out is to enable Debug logging (Status page) and look at how jobs enter the queue.
(The log is a bit of a puzzle.)

Thank you Shypike!

I took a look at the log... and indeed it is a puzzle... I am pasting below what I think is an entry for a single download... For brevity, I removed a bunch of the lines for the different parts.

Code: Select all

Can you discern an issue here?

Thanks you again,

H.

It looks like you didn't set Debug logging, so the essential info is missing.
