Login - Password asked...

Post by RemcoD »

When i try to open Sabnzbd, i get a blank screen with only two fields where you can fill in your login and password....  I never got that before and whatever i try to fill in as a password, I can't get in...

Does anybody knows what i should do?

Probably you entered a username and/or password in the Config->General page.
(Probably accidental).

Find the sabnzbd.ini file and use Notepad or other text editor and find the username and password keys.
Locations:
For Windows XP/2003 this is: c:\documents and settings\username\local settings\application data\sabnzbd
For Windows Vista this is c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\sabnzbd
For Unix this is: $HOME/.sabnzbd

The file is hidden, not sure of the best procedure of accessing it under a mac, but this was suggested by interfacelift
in terminal type: open -e .sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini
