Auto #Connection control

Hi, I know its a little bit too advanced maybe but I'll give it a shot 
I like to have more options on the server settings / connection control. With the following features added:
1) min# of connections per server (In combination with the schedule / manual speed limit it will change the number of connections until the speed or max. #connections is reached)
- Takes less connections if you want to download at less speed on daytime to avoid line problems (for ex. telephony/IPtv traffic problems etc).
- Also you have less overhead and CPU usage for especially SSL connections.
- More flexibility; if you share your account (and only show error when for ex. min# conn. can't be made).
2) ## seconds between every new connection (until max. set speed or #connections is reached)
- Give the time buildop the connection with less connections.
- In my case; give the load balancer the time to switch between the lines.
